[Information] Workshop “Digital Sexual Crimes and Deepfakes in Korea” (Jan.30, 2025)

 In October 2024, South Korea enacted a law that punishes the possession, purchase, storage, or viewing of sexual deepfake images.

In this project, we will give a lecture on the history and outline of recent legal reforms to deal with digital sexual crimes in South Korea, and discuss how criminal regulations should be made on sexual expression.
